There's no doubt he was deliberately targeted for this lawsuit.

Ursula Haverbeck, 91 serving two fucking years for daring to question (((history))) submitted by Logansrun to whatever

Jock_Sniffer 0 points 46 points (+46|-0) ago

It would be helpful if someone gave us a bit of background on Ursula Haverbeck. She was convicted of incitement by a court in the northern town of Verden in 2017 and started serving her sentence in 2019. Haverbeck has repeatedly asserted that the Auschwitz death camp was just a work camp. She has been convicted several times but long avoided prison due to lengthy appeals. Germany’s highest court threw out her case against the Verden conviction. She is scheduled to be released in November.

She had previously been sentenced on several occasions, starting in 2004, to jail for denying the Nazi genocide, once declaring on television that “the Holocaust is the biggest and most sustained lie in history.” This is probably why the Germans decided to put her in prison, as payback for her principled stand for truth.

O.K., so a guy outran a cop. Cool. But did the videographer have to include the Chariots Of Fire song? I got so sick of it back in the day.

That was 27 years ago. I'd be more interested in his CURRENT views on the issue.

Hardy-har-har. The point is that Chariots of Fire is one of those terminally overplayed songs, just like Queen's "We Will Rock You" and Journey's "Don't Stop Believing". People get tired of repetition.
