Senator Eric Burlison is a great law maker from right here in my district. He's made waves ever since he was elected as a state representative back in 2008. Not only does he get things done, but he also makes himself available to constituants at every possible time. I've personally had lunch with him, breakfast etc. He deserves the thanks of every citizen in the state of Missouri and all freedom loving Americans. Feel free to let him know what you think of his legislation http://www.ericburlison.com/

Good for your nephew!
The fact that officials commonly have the police arrest them is crap. The only way to learn to deal with bullies , is to throw down. Win or lose, you'll likely never have to deal with that bully again.
Luckily, I grew up decades ago, before you had to fear being arrested for standing up for yourself. Because I was suspended every year except my junior and senior years, by then everyone knew I was more than willing to throw a punch.
Even my kindergarten year I was suspended, a fourth grader had gotten ahold of my lunch money on the bus and wouldn't return it. Soon as the bus pulled into school, I went in to him like a tanzmanian devil. I didn't get my 80 cents back, but he got a bloody nose and a fat lip.
When grandpa, the president of the school board, showed up to get me, I was terrified of the whipping I was going to get. After hearing my reasons for the attack, he said not to worry about it. When my brother and uncle(both of who were on the bus) got home that afternoon... they were sentenced to picking up 25, 5 gallon buckets of rocks each, for not intervening on my behalf
For those of you who haven't picked up rocks as punishment, trust me when I say it sucks
