Yes, this is definitely the right way to look at this discovery, if it holds to be true.

A very big deal.

From a non-American: I really hope what's going on in California right now wakes some more Americans up to the fact that you've been invaded already. submitted by Braintrust to whatever

It really is the last chance to do it without a full-scale civil war.

I can't imagine an organization like La Raza existing in any other country so completely out in the open. And of course that's just the tip of the iceberg. So many more silent millions agree with La Raza in their hearts.

You spend your life looking at Donald Trump as a rather silly person, only to wake up one day to realize that he may in fact be the only person left who can stop the hostile takeover of Western culture. Strange days indeed.

Godspeed. A whole lot more than just the future of the United States is resting on this election, I think.

Hey you.

If you remember one thing from today, make it the point of this piece.

This is really, really important. Pay attention to it even if you normally don't have time for this kind of thing.

Read it and listen to your better judgement.

Can we talk about Ben Carson? submitted by Esqueleto to politics

Braintrust 4 points -2 points (+2|-4) ago

Ben Carson is a great man.

He is everything the media tried to tell us Barack Obama was; only in the case of Ben Carson you don't have to make things up, whole-cloth.

Barack Obama is the ULTIMATE expression of the negative consequences you can get with affirmative action. Somebody completely and utterly unqualified for the job they hold.

Ben Carson is the ultimate expression of the positive side of same. That being said, nobody can give you a free pass to a medical degree, let alone being one of the most acclaimed pediatric neurosurgeons ever.

Ben Carson is exactly who Barack Obama would like to think he is. But he's not.

The chance that Carson will be the nominee is slim, but as long as nobody assassinated him, having him as President would be a very good thing.

I'm pulling for Carly Fiorina though. I like her. She fights. And man, does she know her stuff.

So who would win in an all-out battle: The combined might of all the Celestials, or the Living Tribunal?
