Actual pilotfag here: the "little black book" is what we call a pilot's logbook. It is used to document each flight for compliance with FAA flight currency requirements. The open ended "procedures/maneuvers/desicription" section is filled out at the discretion of the pilot. Some pilots are quite detailed even though relatively little space is given for this section.
It is doubtful Wheels Up has a copy of the pilot's logbook. The flight manifest is a completely different company document approved by the FAA.
And yes, if I was a pilot that had flown these people around I'd be worried.
Edit: On a private flight (e.g. JE's personal jet, known as a Part 91 operation) documentation would be at the discretion of the Director of Operations/Department Manager. Wheels Up is a Part 135 "charter company" that operates on rules similar to those of a full blown airline.
