Ad Blocking Will Keep Growing Until We Make Ads Better submitted by Dereliction to technology

Or until you get rid of ads, which are just supplemental income anyways. We do not actually need ads, but comanies are greedy and they riddle our user experience with them because "without them we couldn't provide this 184th version of Angry Birds!"

Not WorldNews, maybe WorldGossip.

Where do we get the idea that there are so many different "fields" in physics? (electric field, magnetic field, higgs field) What evidence do we have that they are actually discrete fields? submitted by allogonist to AskScience

2cents 3 points -3 points (+0|-3) ago

We already have loads of evidence that matter in and of itself doesn't actually exist, which might be why some of these fields are so horribly complex and convoluted when it comes to explaining it haha. Plus, people need jobs mang.

Muslims selling young virgins in London submitted by jtt8355 to videos

2cents 6 points -3 points (+3|-6) ago

This is in London, and nothing's being done to stop it??? How has London gotten so low that the police will enforce open slave trade?

Edit: Downvoted for opposing slave trade in London, 2015...unbelievable. Voat must just be a haven for trolls at this point...this is morally and ethically backwards.

Edit 2: I had watched this without knowing it was a re-enactment. I do not want this to be a reality, but it's a plausible reality that's happened before and is happening now (slavery in general, not just this case). Sorry for my unintentionally ignorant alarm over this. Leaving original comment for transparency.
