I wonder what could be causing this obesity and diabetes epidemic it must be the vegans diets says Nina Teicholz

Beef Magazine claims obesity and diabetes have risen sharply in the U.S due to lower consumption of animal flesh and Higher consumption of plants.

“Over the last 30 years, as rates of obesity and diabetes have risen sharply in the U.S., the consumption of animal foods has declined steeply: whole milk is down 79%; red meat by 28% and beef by 35%; eggs are down by 13% and animal fats are down by 27%.

“Meanwhile, consumption of fruits is up by 35% and vegetables by 20%. All trends therefore point towards Americans shifting from an animal-based diet to a plant-based one, and this data contradict the idea that a continued shift towards plant-based foods will promote health,” she says.

But wait whats this

vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19562864

I blame the ass cancer on toxic heavy metals in Animal flesh, dairy and eggs. plants reduce the absorption of toxic metals like titanium dioxide while animal flesh speed that shit up.

it’s nice that you want to try but please bear in mind that compared to a well-planned plant based diet the consumption of any amount of animal flesh is self-harm

doesnt matter if they get daily belly rubs and live like kings. We have no right to take their flesh. There is no way to compassionately murder someone who doesn’t want to die. when you eat from high up the food chain you are only concentrating pollutes like lead, arsenic and titanium dioxide. Eating dark leafy greens helps remove toxic heavy metals. I recommend eating 6 fist fulls of greens per day

there is no need to eat animal flesh. defiantly no health, medical or nutritional reasons to eat meat.

soon enough learning to feed you self without relying on the government or big corporations is going to become a main stream desire .

you can grow 2k-3k calories per day from 0.2 acres of land without the use of animals

Start growing sprouts like alfalfa or broccoli sprouts

Animal product consumption by humans is the leading cause of modern species extinctions, since it's not only the major driver of land degradation, pollution, climate change , overfishing, sedimentation of coastal area, facilitation of invasions by alien species, and loss of wild carnivores and wild herbivores animals. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0048969715303697

proof that eating any amount of animal flesh increases diseases

Studies going back half a century found that those eating meat one or more days a week had significantly higher rates of diabetes, and the more frequently meat was eaten, the more frequent the disease. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3985239
