They should just bring him some fish liver oil, a multivitamin pill, two protein shakes a day, and water. That's really all he needs. He could probably survive on that and his fat stores for more than two years.

maybe they're going for a record? First country to produce a spherical human wins bragging rights.

keeping Paul clean is a major operation for his team of caregivers

Literally like a fat king, Jabba the Hut, slaves to a fatfuck that has no power physically but must have some amount of power by his words.

I was going to watch more but this is enabling fat ducks to feeling like they're the victims here. It makes me literally sick.

I remember that guy, he did lose a lot a weight and had a lot of loose skin.

I can't get the image of that large weird oedema thing he had attached to his inner thigh, it's like the body doesn't know what to do with all the fat and fluids.

It actually deserves to die.

I know we all hate fats. But that thing actually needs to die. What a complete and total waste of a human life and our resources.

The NHS should refuse treatment to anyone obese. I don't even a care if the illness is nowt to do with their weight, they don't get treatment. If you want human medicine you better look like a human. Only in my wildest dreams though.

Yeah, as it turns out, going into a relationship with the expectation of completely changing a person isn't a good plan. He's still the same man that convinced his mother to mortgage their house so he could buy more food.
