A doctor I work with asks obese women for urine for pregnancy tests as a joke. Their faces always seem shocked. He 's a good guy.

I'll be honest, I've walked out on patients before.

Every single time it was because I had to leave before I punched them in the throat or said something that would get me kicked out of residency, those patients were THAT insufferable.

I'm guessing this doctor was thinking along similar lines.
