He just stood up to take the picture. The lines are where his gut flops over when he's seated.

The peak speed, 6.5 mph, is a mere 9:15/mile. That is a slow jog. I can't stand when fatties want so desperately to call themselves "runners" when they are just at a waddling jog pace. When I am blowing past these people, what does that make the activity I am doing? Also, is he counting 4mph as "running" too? It certainly sounds like it.... "My usual walk/run is a 30 minute program that peaks at 4mph and 10% incline which comes out to around 1.7 miles. I do that twice, so I have been running 3 miles or more a day since January 6th." In fattyland, 4mph ambulation = running.

Stupid fatty. I'm in a very early stage of getting back into running after years of not having a good running goal and my mile time is just shy of 8'30", and I'm in my late 30s. What excuse do these fucks have?

Lifting sure would help him a lot. But paying money to a gym to get fit is ridiculous. He could do so many things other than that, for free.
