I dug long walk but the dark tower, especially book 7, is the penultimate for me. I think I love the tower books the most because it seems like the other books stem from it. A lot of his books including Insomnia, Salem's lot, The Stand, It, Desperation, and even Under The Dome were improved for me due to the possible Dark Tower connections. Great banner nod to the tower graphic novels too.

There is also a novella, The Little Sister's of Eluria, in the book "Everything's Eventual"...for those of us that can't get enough of Roland.

IT or possibly Gerald's Game. Gerald's Game is brilliantly scary to me, especially considering it has so few characters and takes place primarily in one room.

My favorite is The Stand (the uncut version) and It also gets re-read on a regular basis. Mr. Mercedes and Doctor Sleep are good as well. It is so hard with Stephen King to pick a favorite...I have been a Constant Reader since Carrie, and trying to pick a favorite is kind of like being a starving man at a buffet, because it ALL looks good!

I haven't read a lot, but The Stand is my absolute favorite book.
