Citation needed. The closest that such a concept ever came to reality was during the Spanish Civil War but even then you had an oligarchy of "technocrats' telling people how much land they could have and through the use of force compel people to be part of a collective they did not choose to be.

Just because something has not yet come to fruition does not mean that there are not people who advocate for such a policy. Anti-authoritarian socialism is an existing political theory. Your failure to acknowledge this is growing tiresome.
Anyway, the CNT and FAI are, to my knowledge, unique in that they refused to take control of the government when they were given the option. They used force to dismantle state and capitalist power. The fact that libertarians did not tolerate tyrants in their midst is not hypocritical.

means it is theoretical , not factual ... just like Communism, the way its is on paper has never even been successfully implemented in real life. It is no different than any other utopian ideal .. it lacks a basis in reality
