When I want a cold mac and cheese or just don't want to bother with ratios and want something to eat right now I'll have macaroni salad and sprinkle sharp cheddar on it. Probably sounds very weird or disgusting but I find it a very satisfying, filling quick fix and easy main part of a lunch that'll last a couple days so I can be lazy and complacent for an extra couple nights without it backfiring horribly.

I'm allergic to a bunch of foods, here's a few big ones: wheat, cane sugar, cows milk, cocoa, turkey, yeast - it's almost impossible to find food out-to-eat so since I turned 21 I've been making every meal for myself. Usually chicken/pork with vinegar or honey. Goats milk and goat cheese. I use a lot of things that people don't even know exists I think, coconut sugar as cane substitute, cubeb berries as a black pepper substitute, carob in place of chocolate....

Some places around the world might find my cuisine typical (maybe Romania?) but I think as far as an American diet I am unusual.

Vinegar on French fries. Different in the States at least.

Yeah that would be considered totally normal in the UK. Salt and Vinegar on chips/fries is pretty standard here.

Kiwi fruit. I eat everything but the part where the stem connects.
