You might feel weird about this but my mom did it when she was pregnant with my sister because of knee issues if i remember correctly. Water aerobics if you have a pool/lake YMCA near you, but you might have to workout with people much older then you.
I used to be way to obese to pick up running as an exercise. so I rode my bike for an hour every day for 8 months then swapped to jogging after losing enough.
Biking is a lot less stressful for the knees and a great way to exercise. try and see if it is convenient for you.
