Looks like the mod has deleted all the content including up voted user contributions. Another case whereby the mod lured people into thinking it was a legitimate community and then used his power to censor.
Images that were taken that are legal to own but a law was broken in the process of producing the image (examples being image of someone murdered, or images of a woman being beat) are completely allowed and will not be removed.
"Fuck You censorship" is the page title chosen by mods yet that very sub is being censored harder than most archive
Isn't this the type of moderator abuse that people on voat wanted to avoid? If a mod promises not to remove content, then why do they remove content and request the deletion of a subverse. Why can't we have a wifebeater subverse and it be passed onto a more careful owner who will respect user contributions and sidebar promises?
For those interested, /v/beatingwomen is still going strong with a less active moderator.. Unfortunately, someone has decided to mark the subverse as NSFW even though the content is safe for work. This means it is more hidden and it might encourage people to post vile things instead of being the safe for work content it once was..
