Is this like how hams with an unhealthy diet will claim to be "nutritionists?" Any hobo off the street can claim to be a nutritionist. Being a dietician requires an actual degree.

Tbh, if I know that whoever is writing and maintaining a fitness blog is actually fat, I wouldn't be inspired. It's actually more de-motivating than motivating.
