My best friend is a board certified general surgeon. His words verbatim: "I can tell a lot about a person's health just by looking at them when I walk in the room".

If it's not a disease, it's not unhealthy!
It's baffling how low the bar is set with the fucks. I remember calling myself fat because I couldn't break a 5:30 mile (seemingly) no matter how hard I tried. These shits high five over not having a high chance of getting a preventable disease. Hashbrown fitnessgoals

Don't presume anyone's health based on their appearance?
Try saying that to a dermatologist.

These very same people wouldn't hesitate to tell a a really skinny woman that they're unhealthy. They aren't interested in body acceptance, they're interested making themselves feel better about being gross. Thats all they care about. The truth is they don't give too shits about making the world more accepting towards people with legit body conditions, for example, amputated limbs. They only want their own egos stroked while appearing to seem like an open minded, accepting person and it is quite pathetic if you ask me.

They even admit that it increases the risk, just that it's not a guarantee. I personally don't want to do anything that increases risk if I can help it.
