I like keepassx, but find it hard to help others get set up on it.
Lastpass has a lot of key features that i like. The best one being that you must approve login access to your account from unfamiliar computers. It may be a little irritating at first to use as it gets to know which devices you use, but it's a great security feature.

I use this ancient device to remember my passwords called a pen and notepad. It never forgets. Just a helpful hint. :)

It's a really small notepad, easy to keep with me at all times.
