I just 'love' how they've taken a case where pretty much all of the actions in the wrong are being perpetrated by one party, the mother, and portray it as "The parents dispute", "Two parents being unreasonable with each other", and so much other hogwash. I guess if they can't pin the blame all on the guy and are forced to acknowledge the cunty behavior of the mother, they're going to smear him as much as they can in the process to ensure he goes down with her.

Oh, and more more thing...

Justice Pazaratz noted that, most of the time, Eileen was a very good mother, but was also “overt, manipulative, scheming, deceitful and oblivious to the needless family suffering she perpetuated for at least the last three years.”

If she is "overt, manipulative, scheming, deceitful and oblivious to the needless family suffering she perpetuates," then she is not a "very good mother", she is a shitty excuse for a mother and a human being, in general. But family court is always going to find some way to paint the woman as the inevitable victim, even when she's a fucking disgusting excuse for a human being that is the root of the problem and perpetuating all of the abuse. No surprise there, business as usual.

Fully agree.

He was specifically trying to do the right thing, and occasionally slipped up. His actions are not equivalent to hers.

It's clear from the facts that if he did what she wanted and completely left his daughter's life, she would have continued her emotional abuse.

He wasn't around on all the days she insisted on coming onto school grounds unannounced, prompting the principal to threaten legal action against her. He also wasn't involved in some of the cases where teachers raised flags with CAS because of her needy behaviour.

Even in attacking "the parents" for the drawn out court case, the judge acknowledged 15 damning behaviours that put the ex-wife right at the threshold of bad faith including repeatedly lying to the court. The husband was meanwhile criticised for not following a minor procedure that could have reduced the trial time.

I feel like the way the case was written may be to at least pretend to try to show impartiality in the face of overwhelming evidence to make it more difficult to file an appeal. The ex-wife claimed literally everyone was in a huge conspiracy against her -- teachers, CAS, the police, the courts, therapists.... Saying explicitly "this is all on the wife" would have fed her paranoid delusions.

Hey man. I was talking to my dad the other day and tried to convince him why the Jews are the ones behind Europe (in particular) and other places going to shit, but I couldn't convince him because he doesn't see how they are able to capitalize on destroying us. Can you explain to me what they gain from making Europe a living shithole by funneling muslims in?

In their religion, non-jewish people only exist to serve jewish people. Jewish people are the chosen ones.

So it pisses them off greatly to live in a world still largely dominated by an Indo-European minority.

The destruction of the European civilization will be their revenge and their ascension as world's master race.

There is also a fair chance they'd destroy humanity if they cannot achieve this and their plan get unveiled (Samson option).

I read the whole case, beginning to end. Took all night. It was rivetting. I couldn't put it down.
