They need determination and that's it. I had been on fatpeoplehate when it was on reddit , i hated every second of it. My friends gave me shit and my girlfriend left me because i became enormous. Sharing that on subs , people were supportive and bullshitted me into thinking it was all okay. It's not. I pulled it together , started logging my food , started lifting , lost 57 kilograms and never looked back. I'm lean now. I partly credit fatpeoplehate for that. So when you see a fat someone , insult him , tell him he looks like shit and stuff. It works , tried and true.

Fats aren't actually interest in anything that works because they don't want to make sacrifices. All they want is something different so it looks like they are trying. My friend told me that one of her workmates is currently trying to get healthy and so has switched from Coke to Sprite because "clear soft drinks have to be better, right?"

That's the first time I see someone being racist towards soft drinks.

The hilarious irony about the "diet industry" that they cry about so much is that it only exists because of fat logic. If there weren't so many stupid fat fucks denying that overeating is what makes you fat, the diet industry could not survive.

The diet industry is based on the absolutely retarded concept that a diet is some temporary thing, and not what you do every single day. Cause changing your life and relationship with food is hard.
Fatties have this idea in their sugar encrusted brains, that they can just be good for a few weeks (but they usually only last days), follow some diet and workout plan, lose all the weight and become skinny, and then they can go back to eating like normal. If you're thinking of diets as temporary, your results will be temporary, if you even get them. Most of the time these diets are way too restrictive to do long term. So they fail.

Sadly, that's the goal of the diet industry. They want us to think that diets are temporary, and diets fail, not people. If everyone just followed CICO, then there would be no business for these companies.
I don't blame the diet industry though, it's still the fats' fault for being so easily manipulated.

Not really, diet energy drinks were all the rage a few years ago. Also, this diet is sold by some company, which probably sells the energy drinks within the kit, as well.

300ml water, 5g L-Tyrosine, 1g electroylte powder, 200mg caffeine, B-Vit complex if you're feeling fancy. 0-cal cordial to taste...you will be able to see electromagnetic waves.

Everyone knows there's only two ways to be fit. Genetics (that wear off at 30) or diet programs (but only 2-3 weeks at a time before genetics kick back in).

You can also become fit from taking pictures in your underwear. /s

I seriously need to make a fad diet and rake in the cash from the fats. They will literally do anything but actually work out.
