Well, not exactly. The products of perfect combustion of hydrocarbon compounds are CO2 and H20. You can't fuse or split atoms with fire.

Something like 90% is carbon that leaves via breathing out, with another ~6% being secreted through sweat and various oils, with the last little bit being pee and poo. Interestingly enough, the reverse is true for most plants: 92% of the mass of a tree comes from carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

A small bit does come out through urine though, but not feces if my understanding is correct.
