Instant food coma:
2 scoops Met-RX protein powder in water. Drink. 12 oz sparkling water.
Consumed in 20 minutes = satiety + omg full.
Then you burp a lot and are all better.

Food coma is a sign of insulin resistance. If you never had it, that means you're very inslin sensitive.
