My job is commuting. Once I finish commuting, I have to start over and commute some more.

Which is why I make a point to keep and drive a car that I enjoy.
Being able to actually look forward to a drive rather than dreading the commute makes a big impact on how much I enjoy my mornings/afternoons. It's just nice to sit in a car that you like.
Yeah one of my favorite investments was a nice sound system+subwoofers for my car.i blast music everywhere I go, makes both short and long car rides fun

You can use that chart to measure anything, though. I don't commute, but I swim every morning. The approximately 30 days a year I spend face down in a tank of water, making repetitive motions, thinking about nothing other than breathing... starting to feel like a bad life choice, man.

...but I pay $30 a month to swim. It gets worse when you add the time spent with weights.
"Enjoy" is a difficult word. I get really rabbitty if I'm not physically exhausted. If I did what I enjoyed I'd be a fat lard and a murderer. I'm just not sure that this "how many days of your life are wasted ... on hold, in line, on the toilet" is a sane type of thought. I mean, so far, I've slept away about 18 years, man.

2.5-3 hours a working day: 16-20 full working weeks per year.
