First of all planet nine should be called dwarf planet nine, it is in no way able to have cleared its orbit.

Secondly, I predict that there is no planet. probably objects grouped together that has a combined affect appearing to act like a big planet.

actually it likely has meat the qualifications of clearing its orbit. because clearing your orbit does not mean that you have to be the only thing orbiting the sun in your area it means you have to have a clear dominance over the orbits of the other objects in the same area which is the way that we think we know it exists.

has "cleared the neighborhood" around its orbit.

IAU definition of planet: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IAU_definition_of_planet

Has cleared, not "could" clear or "would" clear but "has" cleared.

A planet that has this kind of orbit would not be old enough to be able to clear its orbit so therefore according to IAU definition should be called a dwarf planet.

Also we must call it a dwarf planets because at this moment we even have no clue that it it even cleared its orbit because we don't know its orbit yet..
