If Trump wins the nomination, you actually might hear some good words for Clinton come from Republicans in Congress...rofl.

Why is this surprising? The Left is corrupt as hell. Even the shitty-ass GOP doesn't have such a thing as "Super-delegates".
The Left claims to be the party "for the people", but are the furthest from that. They're rigged to the core.

The GOP has a similar system. This is not a partisan issue. Trump's enjoying the lead he has because the establishment idiots are splitting their votes, whereas Hillary's the only establishment Democrat. If it was a dead heat between Trump and one candidate, you'd be hearing a lot more about this happening to him as well.

I was curious so I checked the GOP listing.
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/republican_delegate_count.html
It does not show superdelegates like the DNC listing does.

Only the Democratic party has "Super-delegates". The Republican party has no such thing as "Super-delegates". They only have regular delegates.

I completely agree with your statement. Our political system is so screwed that it may be next to impossible to ever correct it. If they can't manipulate the vote count to get their way then they turn to bullshit like using delegates to back their agenda which completely goes against what we think is a "democracy". Democracy has been dead for a long time. We live in a political system that is set up for a oligarchy.

Bernie Sanders is about neck and neck (or close enough to it) - and he's not a celebrity politician. I knew who he was, but most of America doesn't seem to know who he was before this election season. And he's not only going up against a big name, it's Hillary Fucking Clinton. And the entire machine on the Democrat side works for her.
This means that Sanders is doing fucking amazingly well. It may or may not be enough to win the nomination, but it shows something that the DNC isn't willing to concede - there's a lot of people that don't want Hillary in the oval office. If Sanders does take the popular vote, and even the majority of pledged delegates, and then the DNC still gives the nomination to Clinton, then the people who are supporting the anti-establishment candidate may not want to vote for the one that the establishment forces on them.

It's all about money and corruption. Those who are corporate whores (99% of all politicians irrespective of party) band together when their gravy train is threatened.
