No judicial experience necessary
Yeah, according to this troublesome thing called the constitution, experience isn't a requirement of being a Supreme Court Justice. You can judge her for just about anything else you might want to judge her for. But experience is irrelevant and bringing it up is just wasting everyone's time.
Hell, let's go over all the other positions that require no experience: POTUS, U.S. Senator, County Sheriff. Parenthood, etc, etc... Experience isn't required of almost ANY position outside of STEM fields. So, who gives a fuck?

"I think the administration would relish the prospect of Republicans either refusing to give Lynch a vote or seeming to treat her unfairly in the confirmation process," Goldstein wrote. "Either eventuality would motivate both black and women voters."
Do they assume all women are so dumb that they won't vote Republican because of a delayed SC nomination? Anyone who's voting based on their candidate's gender has already made up their decision.

And this gets to the heart of what many conservative pundits are saying.
Why bend over backwards for people who will never respect or vote for you?

It's hilarious that sexism never came up during the Harriet Miers nomination process.

If the Republicans don't send a note to the president that says: "GO FUCK YOURSELF!"
The pitchforks really might come out this time and be aimed at the republicans.
