I saw this article posted...elsewhere. There was a bunch of initial commentators who agreed with what you said (as do I). They've been browbeaten into deleting their comments, so I wanted to see how it would fare here.

Ermagahd... this bitch. So when a man's arms and back are killing him while he's waiting for you to orgasms then you have totally just raped him by her logic. Having a bad sexual experience is not rape. It is your responsibility to let your partner know if you need a change of rhythm or position. Some ladies want to be fucked till their pelvis cramps up while some ladies just want to teased with the tip. If you don't say anything your partner won't know what you like. Even after you've gotten what you like, you still need to not be selfish and sometimes give up a little so your partner can get what they like as well.

I upvoated with the hope that this would foster discussion. I'm interested in what people have to say about it. If a girl told me it hurt, I would stop. I don't think it constitutes rape if she consented, changed her mind, then kept quiet. Be vocal about it. Not everyone is an asshole only worried about their own pleasure. Sex is supposed to be fun, if it isn't fun for both parties then there isn't a point in engaging in it. Ever had sex with someone who wasn't into it? It's a mood killer.
