Gaming is a form of entertainment.
Therefore, if gaming is a privilege, so is music, movies, tv, sports, books (non-educational)

In the sense that it's not a right that everyone has and there's an economic barrier to entry, thus only relatively privileged people have access to video games, yes gaming is a privilege.
However, things like clean water and food are also privleges in this same way. Everything that is not a guaranteed right that everyone in the world has can be cast as a privilege if you're so inclined.

Well, if you're 10 and your mom is threatening to take them away, then yes. If you're living in extreme poverty and don't know where your next meal is coming from, then yes.
If the question is whether video games deserve the same protections as other methods of expression, then the answer is yes, because freedom of expression is a right, not a privilege. The idea that if you draw a picture that is protected but if you draw a picture then have it appear when you press a button and it is no longer protected is absurdly logically inconsistent.

"Video games"? Of course. So much of what it takes to participate is a luxury and the whole concept is a privilege that many cant even afford or have the right to participate in or have the cultural or societal wherewithal to even experience. Video games are a definitely a privilige.
"Games" being a privilege? Of course not - games are as old as humanity. Not everybody on the planet plays video games, but everybody on the planet has some sort-of game experience that may or may not be unique to their culture or society. Mariano Rivera certainly never played a video game in his youth, but he certainly played baseball in his native Panama using a folded piece of cardboard as a glove.

I think it's not really a privilege. Video games are a freely purchasable product and everyone has the same opportunity to buy and play games. If by privilege you mean "special rights", then no, gaming is not that. Saying that being able to play video games is a privilege is like saying being able to eat a sandwich is a privilege, since those things can cost about the same, it's a rather ridiculous thing to describe as privilege, since almost anyone could attain it, if they wanted to. The money, the freedom that let's you do these things and the society you have been born into that provides them, that is the real privilege.
Don't let yourself be guilt tripped into thinking your "privilege" is a bad thing, you didn't hurt anyone, you can't solve the world's problems by giving up your own wealth. Be content with yourself, if you're a decent person. You can do whatever you want, as long as it's legal. You don't have the obligation to fix the world. If SJWs call others out on being "privileged" then I'd like to know what they think should be done about it. Communism? No thanks, I don't want a totalitarian government ruining the economy. If social justice is so important to such people, first they should donate everything they have to charity, so they don't look like dumb hypocrites who are endowed with the great privilege of eating a sandwich.
