I've been watching Matt Stonie on youtube and that man can eat 8-13k calories in minutes yet he his stick thin.. I want to know what his diet is once he's done doing food challenges, Like does he not eat anything for the rest of the week?
No way he could puke out the amount of food that dude eats. That would destroy your esophagus before you could get 1/4 of that back out.

Unless you're Michael Phelps.

Fuck man I don't know how the dude did it. He was a freak of nature to say the least but goddamn 6k cals is a pain on a bulk. I get that his life was literally eat, swim, sleep, but that shit must've taken a fuckton of mental fortitude.

You've got to remember that appetite variance between people is huge. I know it's a result of me being a ham in the past, but I could bulk on 6k cals no problem because my appetite is almost limitless. Then again, I've got fucked up hunger/satiety signals in general so I never get hungry either (making cuts super easy). It's literally just numbers to me when I'm on a bulk/cut since I'm never hungry and never full. Of course I prefer the higher numbers of a bulk since I get to enjoy more flavors day-to-day, but it's weird how drastically different people's hunger/satiety signals can be. It's entirely possible that Phelps lucked out and doesn't get painfully full eating the amount of calories required to sustain his intense training.

Anyone who makes it to the Olympics has a fuckton of mental fortitude.

False, wise words for whales would be something along the lines of "Go into the kitchen, stand in front of the sink. Slowly bend over, while opening the cabinet under the sink. Grab all the bottles and stuff. Mix in a large bowl. And consume for maximum effectiveness."

I've rarely seen a clean fat person. I assume they keep their houses in a similar state. With all the cleaning products they don't store there's more room for fudge. You probably just told them to make a dessert.

Lel, was expecting fatlogic by the 3rd line. Nice surprise.
