I think you should read the DOJ's report: (http://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/ferguson_police_department_report.pdf)
It's pretty hard to argue with mountains of evidence.

Eric Holders DOJ is not to be trusted. Bullshit accusations.

Yeah okay. They poured over the cities records and published a 100 page report.
I am sure it's just another conspiracy though! Thanks Obama!

Loretta Lynch "calls the shots"

Yup and part of the deal she inherited from Eric was forcing the town to spend money it does not have. I want you to think about that. The federal government is forcing a town government to spend more money on police officers salaries, training programs, community out reach programs, new expensive camera equipment, and create new administrative positions on the federal governments timeline while at the same time the towns tax base has dried up thanks to the plummeting property values, business closing leaving taking there taxes with them, and the federal government is mandating the local court lowers fees and fines. The town can't afford these mandated costs and the federal government is not chipping on covering these new costs. Does that sound like a fair deal or a way forward to actually solve problems or does it sound like a process that will make things worse in town?

I find this the most interesting (and completely unreported) aspect of this lawsuit: The Ferguson city council that "rejected" the DOJ agreement? That's the "New" city council that was elected AFTER all the craziness down there. These are the people who ran on a "hope and change" & "Brown was a good kid" platforms. Funny how the realities of governance and finances have a way of tempering ideology.
