Personally, I feel that whichever fertility doctor helped her in the first place was grossly negligent to the point of violating the hippocratic oath. She may not understand how her actions created her problem via her cocoon of lies but a trained medical professional should know better.
Final thought; was there ever a clearer message that obesity is not natural when you are unable to carry out the most natural task in life? something that every living organism on this planet was made to do, reproduce
You hit it right on the head there. If someone is having kids they should be keeping themselves in the best shape they can for the sake of their offspring. Conversely, if they're like me and openly contemptuous of the genetic drive to reproduce, they should be keeping themselves in shape for their own satisfaction and enjoyment. The obese are too lazy to even do 'selfishness' right.

Thank God this malfeasance of nature didn't manage to reproduce. The gene pool is shallow enough as it is.
