A mushroom isn't even a vegetable... I buy fresh veg that have been cut in the store and put in a clear box At £1 for 320g it is a lot more expensive than frozen veg, but it's easier to just whack into a stir fry. I'm a lazy bastard and I like to know what I'm getting.

I love broccoli! Whenever I get a mix that shows loads of broccoli on the bag and some other veggies, I end up with a 80% carrots a bunch of cauliflower and maybe three pieces of broccoli. I want to trade.

I know this feel. Buy "asparagus stir-fry mix", open it, find that it's mostly carrots and green beans with a few asparagus stems (not even the crowns, for fuck's sake). The other mixes were a little better, but the asparagus mix disappoints me (in no small part because I love asparagus).

Exactly! Such a let down opening the bag and not having the reason you bought it be included. Mine was just generic stir fry that advertised peppers, celery, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, beans. Got nothing but broccoli and broke my heart :(

That's not a mushroom. That is the 1% allowable contamination of rat droppings!
