I don't know if the labels still say this because I haven't bought one in a while, but this was still the case maybe five years ago, decades after it was first spotted in the wild. I have to imagine that Olfa knew about it and opted to keep it that way because it's funny and probably helped their sales.

Well you have to admit it's good advice. I'm sure blades don't because in children.
