My demands are:

  • NO DRM!
  • NO Advertizemtns
  • NO spying
  • NO SPAMING!
  • Double or triple the number of levels in single player mode. It is not fun when suddenly the game ends when you played barely half an hour. I stopped buying games because they were too short.

Edit: Forgot one point: Linux games!!!

Another complaint is not releasing the sports games on the PC. My brother is stuck playing madden via a PS2 emulator atm because those dumb dicks have said 'fuck you pc'.

Great. So you're going to stop DRM, stop nickle-and-diming me with stupid DLCs, put your games on Steam as well as Origin, put single-player back in games, stop shoe-horning multiplayer into games where it doesn't belong (fuck you for ruining ME3 with that stupid horde mode) and put your games out on Linux. I'll buy them all.

EA has improved a lot from my point of view, they implemented devolution for games that doesn't convince you, dragon age inquisition was quite good and the latest games seem to be delivered without major issues. Still, is a long way before removing completely they earned bad reputation.

On the other hand, I have companies that annoys me more: Ubisoft with AC has been quite shitty, most of their latest titles have been quite bad and unplayable buggy.

There is also square enix, with the "screw you" they did with Tomb Raider and the ovew complicated "bonus" for deus ex.

Pointless. Most gamers are like a crossbreed between a sheep and an elephant: they follow the trends and never forget. Even if EA did a complete 180 and became western equivalent of GoG, in the mind of gamers they will forever remain "literally worse than Hitler".

Then again, PR talk is cheap, so might as well.
