I was expecting a fat to have made a Jupiter model out of bacon or something based on the title. This is much worse...inhuman. Blobby. Also stretch marks are kind of weird feeling to start with (I have some old ones) and I don't know why you'd be proud of being half stretch marks from getting fat. It's literally your skin pulling apart.

Pregnancy stretch marks or vertical growth is of course a different matter.

And I'm pretty sure the poster of that photo is actually a human sized person who happens to have stretch marks from puberty. Actual hamplanets just stole it to use themselves. I remember there was a big thread the last time this was posted.
