I'm terrible at following directions when assembling things. I learned this the hard way when trying to put all the stuff together for our baby. The amount of things that I had to take back apart because I did something wrong was astounding. The mini crib alone took me like 4 hours to figure out lol

Tell that to the teenagers in my hometown... they seem to find it way too easy!

Any mechanical task that requires just a bit of force.

I'm great at fixing very sensitive, easily breakable parts, as well as heavy duty non sensitive things, but for some reason I have absolutely no middle ground, which is usually where car parts are at. I end up stripping nuts or snapping pieces or shattering anything delicate around.

Using food utensils properly. I grab the knife and fork with my fists and just saw the shit out of my food. I would be an embarrassment to a rich people's dinner, but then if I ever go to one in my life I'll probably start a food fight. Bunch of uptight shitheads.

Making rice. I can make lots of other, high difficulty and complexity meals but making rice still escapes me.

Navigating anywhere. I get lost very easily. I think it's holding me back in life.

Following movies, at least without using subtitles. I always seem to miss at least one important thing, which can cause the whole thing to stop making sense :/

I get you on the articulating thoughts. Happens all the time. Also, for me, it's listening to people.
