Oh, drats, when you said "numbers" I thought Permian extinction numbers. My source was a quite interesting documentary that I saw 5 years ago ago on Canal D (French version of Discovery Channel). Sadly, as I'm sure you are aware, it's pretty hard to pinpoint one random documentary out of the thousands out there.
Here is an article instead. If it happened once before randomly, without the influence of men's deforestation, carbon dioxide production, methane productions, excruciatingly quick melting of the polar ice caps, the Permian extinction took place. Can we really say we are completely safe from "history repeating itself again"? And even making it worst with man-made global warming and natural cycles combined?
^That was the conclusion of the documentary and it makes an absurd amount of sense.
Apologies for the late answer, I'm in college and have a job. I know Truly is up and bouncing on his chair waiting for my answer so he can start blaming everything else on the planet for the climate change except himself but we can't all be wasting time on Voat 24/7 like he does.
