I'm super interested in the 90 day steaks. Google let me down, couldn't find anything, please explain...

You can age beef for an almost unlimited amount of time. The meat has to be in a temperature and humidity controlled environment.
...what my butcher's does is that is starts the process out with various alcohols (bourbon is good, because it has pungent flavours) and let's the meat age slowly. I can get 365-day aged steaks, but at a price. I've only done 180-day and 120-day, plus 90-day aging, which is offered in most butcher shops.

I lost 130 lbs in a year and a half spending most of the time sitting on the Internet, it is 100% diet. Exercise just lets you eat more.

Yes I don't exercise regularly and find I usually get hungry whenever I do. I don't doubt many people eat more than they burned off after exercising.

Exactly, when I weighed 260lbs I would go the the gym and lift for an hour five times a week and I'd get super hungry and have a huge meal when I got home. Now when I go to the gym I usually eat some eggs and fruit beforehand and have a salad when I get back to fill me up.

Brazilian beef is superior to Canadian beef, and I say this as a Texan who is sad that Texas beef is inferior to Brazilian beef.

Bourbon-aging works mate.
...then it's the skill of the carnivore working the meat.
(Yes, I feel I'm the Sasha Grey of meat. And proud of it).
EDIT: I do have to do a pilgrimage to Uruguay. It apparently has the perfect storm of the best cow-meat in the world.

I'm not saying it doesn't turn an okay bit of meat into a great bit of meat, but you can do the same with brazillian beef, and it's better than anything you can do with your beef. Alternatively just skip that step entirely and you've still got an amazing bit of beef.

Why is that self-indulgent and douchey? You've worked hard, reaped the rewards and are entitled to brag a little bit IMHO. Have an upgoat

The bubble-butt thing is definitely genetic. Even at 110 pounds, I filled out size-3 jeans like no one's business. Squats are fun, though, if she ever decides to start doing them. :)

She knows. We discussed it. I doubt the lower body of mine she admires toothfully is genetic and I told her IT came from thankless and endless leg-day offerings to Brodin.
