"Cultural Appropriation" is one of the most absurd things I've heard espoused in a long time.

Aren't they currently engaged in the cultural appropriation of;
A language.
A computer or cell phone.
The Internet.
Western architecture.
Western infrastructure.
Twitter.
And more.

It's ridiculous though! Whites ate it first! It was brought over by Columbus!

Collard greens are disgusting anyway. I'll stick with regular vegetables.

"Greens are actually part of West African cuisine where the slaves were captured."
yeah CNN go ahead and print that. It doesn't sound like a 5th grader wrote it for their MLK Day required essay or anything.

My first response would be that the scientific name for collard greens is Brassica oleracea. That name is GREEK.
The Greeks, Romans, Celts all grew and consumed cultivars of collard greens. But why would nogs know this? They don't bother to pick up a book, or perform a simple Google search.
Instead, they have declared this leafy green vegetable to be "theirs" because southern slaves decided to eat it thousands of years after Europeans developed the cultivars. Now it's somehow off limits to whites. Really pathetic stuff!!!

Just like how they always claim a black man invented peanut butter - nope, it was invented thousands of years ago by the Aztecs and Incas. Even when George Washington Carver decided to mash up some peanuts, the patent for peanut butter had already been created years beforehand.
Nogs bitch about cultural appropriation when literally everything they enjoy is a non-black invention or discovery. Best thing to do is ignore them.

Marcellus Gilmore Edson did it ten years before this nig nog entered college. There's also evidence of mashed peanuts 6000 years ago.
