"cyber bullying" is subjective and easily avoided. The most popular social networking sites allow you to block anyone you don't like. Just ask Hideki Kamiya he spends half his time on Twitter blocking people. if you think it's a real problem then you only recently begun to explore the real Internet. If people saying mean things are scary to you then stay in one of the gated communities provided by Facebook or Twitter.
The Swedish government is insane. everyone here should be concerned about that. I'm pretty sure the servers for Voat are based over there.

"Voat was founded by two Computer Science and Economics students from the University of Zurich.[1] Voat is based in Switzerland, and uses the Colombian top level domain of ".co."
not that Wikipedia is the most trustworthy source but even they couldn't be wrong about that something this simple. people on this website fled one feminist regime to shit post in the shade of another one.
anyway, young children should not be participating on Internet communities unrestricted and unsupervised for that reason. I should know, I have a fatal love of *chan culture. They also universally cancer anyway. It's called "parenting" a dying discipline in the coming age of the nanny state.
