I'm just surprised the community looks pissed off at this. I guess there might be a small sliver of hope for Reddit if the shit mods can be displaced.

If the mods and admins keep pushing the censorship like this, there'll be another revolt. I'll enjoy watching it.
Sooner or later, it'll be a cat pictures and memes site. Browsing /r/all is already getting close to it.

Honestly this was the final straw for me. I'm done. If I wanted washed information I'd go to cnn or cnbc.

Don't forget about fox or any other major news corporations

I think the /r/worldnews mods somehow convinced themselves that reddit is the Internet and that, by censoring this story, they will somehow make it disappear. I am guessing that these actions on their parts have not resulted with the intended outcome.

Well Reddit considers itself the "Front Page" of the internet, so in there egotistical minds i'm sure they do feel that way.

I saw this tom-fuckery over there. I expect reddit to suck, but they surprise me at how low they can go.

Nothing is beyond a mod when he gets a head full of power. Source- I moderated a popular user created content site 6 years ago.
