You know how universities handle "rape" claims "in house"? Is there any way that could not be corrupt? I mean, we have a system to investigate drugs, rape, etc: the judicial branch of the government. You can imagine the scenario of these university investigators supports or undermines your own conspiracy theories, but we'll never know: the books are sealed. That's the picture of corruption.

They are institutions of the State , either directly or indirectly through programs like Title IV, and thus like government are corrupt as well and are nothing more than propaganda and indoctrination centers for the State

Corrupt, not necessarily... sell outs, definitely. What some universities do is purely based off of the wishes of the people who make the most donations to their campus.
