Wonder how they're going to talk their way out of this one.
The dog is NEVER supposed to be used as a form of force once the suspect has been apprehended, regardless of how much they are resisting (or in this case not resisting at all). It's a tool to track and take down suspects, not a substitute for a fucking tazer.
Just keep pushing people around, this shit is going to boil over and all you little piggies are going to be running around trying to dodge the scalding water.

Hopefully we can get some of these systematic failures fixed before it comes to that point. But that will need to happen soon we've already seen people starting to go after cops.

Wow. More and more it seems we are selecting for bad cops. Could it be that mostly power-hungry, aggressive, overly hormoned individuals want to be cops? How many high-school bullies are now employed by police departments?

Authority positions attract a certain kind of personality type. In many cases, those types of people get off on bullying.
