I watched The Shield in around a month. I had no idea what would happen at the end. I suspected, but the way it played out. My god, what happened to Ronnie. That must have been one of the harshest punishments a tv series could have done. And I was emotionally distraught. I couldn't sleep that day just thinking of how it played out. I mean, worst things had happened to different members of the Unit. But what happened to Ronnie just left me speechless. And he didn't even die in the last episode, but he might as well. I'm not ruining it for anyone that hasn't watched that series so I won't say exactly.

I didn't really know how to handle it to be honest. So I just picked another show and watched that. I do remember feeling extremely depressed when I finished the original Evangelion anime series. But is there a cure really? I don't know. Probably what FriedFood said, Go Outside. Sit down, and realize you just watched a great piece of art that played at your emotions. And that is exactly what a good tv show will do. It's the sign of a great cinematic experienced.

It's like you had all these cool interesting friends, and then they all died. You know they weren't real, but you experience that sense of mourning nonetheless. Cure? Watch Dragon Ball, then DBZ, then if you manage to get through that, you can go GT or Super. Then there are the movies and TV specials. Bottom line, it'll take you so long to get through it all, by the time you do, you'll have forgotten the beginning. So you can do this in an endless loop until you die a walking DB encyclopedia.

But don't do the crappy pussified dub. Subtitles or don't even fucking bother.

BALLAD OF SERENITY
lyrics and music by Joss Whedon
sung by Sonny Rhodes

take my love
take my land
take me where I cannot stand
I don't care
I'm still free
you can't take the sky from me

take me out
to the black tell 'em I ain't coming back
burn the land
and boil the sea
you can't take the sky from me

have no place
I can be
since I found Serenity
but you can't take the sky from me

Fuck them!

They come from a sci-fi show that only add it mid-season called Serenity.

Followers like to call themselves "brown coats". Some of us are more than likely Trekkies too.

The main star now plays Castle in "Castle".

I liked watching Bones, but then I realize I was wasting my time. And I'm amazed it's still going on. One of the main characters die, and then they just replace him with an almost identical character and continue the series like nothing changed much. I stopped shortly after.

Oh I had to look him up, his name was Lance Sweets. And my fucking god, 11 Seasons? Dammit all to hell.

I have to point out that I see this show sporadically. And haven't followed it, but everytime it was on, I wanted to watch it, so I didn't watch 10 Seasons of this as I thought I had, since Lance was killed off at the start of the 10th.

I don't. Because I make sure I have more than one thing I am enjoying at any point in time.
