Most cats need 60fps @120hz to watch TV. Just keep that in mind

theres a cat video out there (probably quite a few) that works really well. it's basically just clips of birds/fish/critters etc. but my fren had it for her cats and they would come running when she'd put it in and sit in front of it for the whole video.
If you have more than one, don't they entertain each other already? Just put a couple of golf or tennis balls out and let them get some exercise. A crumpled ball of paper on a string taped to the ceiling would wear them out.

Buy a fish tank?
Not sure if cats can see tv as we do, so a digital option may take research.
Also, look into that music formulated for cats. That seems cool.

I show my cat videos on an iPad and they seem to watch it fine. Sometimes they think its real and will strike at the glass. They realize/recognize it's fake after a while though, and will slowly fall asleep watching it. So cute.
