This is a valid question. As a founder, I can promise that whoaverse will not become compromised in ethics like we could all witness other sites becoming. We all know what happens to sites which become compromised and as far as I am in charge, this will not be the case with whoaverse.
Can I call you out on this? You've provided no good reason or proof that it won't go that way. I'd prefer to see it in code that it is impossible for moderators or admins to corrupt the system.
Perhaps a consensus is required? You need to go further than just an 'I promise'
How can he predict what will happen in the future? What if it's beyond his control?
Maybe he can offer you the super duper gold Whoaverse seal of approval? It guarantees that nothing bad (that you disapprove of) will ever ever happen. And, if it does, you will get a check for $5,000,000 and the admin will move into your house and become your personal butler.

My feeling is if you don't like it, leave.
