Give somebody power and they'll flex it eventually. It's practically human nature. Too bad for her it also sometimes means to ignore greedy human nature to be part of a society.

We need to teach women not to lie about rape.

But it's totally justified bc we need more women in STEM /s

Not death, but definitely the same penalty the accused would recieve if found guilty. If they make a false report to the police then they get 10-25, if they do it to college authorities then they get expelled with a note on their transcript explaining why.

@goatboy: I wonder if you are just trying to provoke a response. What are you? A writer from Salon.com?

No. I think if the liberals want to push through the UN's Agenda 21 that would kill off 80% of the human population we should start with the feminists, rape liars, and their supporters.

This type of crime needs strict punishment. Examples need to be made of women like this to curb would be rape-criers. It's a disservice to true rape victims as well as the falsely accused.

Seriously, this is some low low shit behavior here. Awesome she got punished for this.

Actually she should get 40 years prison, since that is what the victim that she accused falsely could have gotten.
People like her are a danger to society, there should be a registry of false accusers so I can keep them 500M away from me and my family at all times, also not put my companies employees at risk by hiring them.

No. Both victims of rape and the falsey accused stand to lose from false accusations.

More people are hurt. The article even discusses the taxpayer cost of investigating her crime.

Is 2 years not enough?
[–] StateOfMind 0 points 9 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago
If you think of what might have happened to that guy if he did not have such a strong alibi, then no. And I am sure she would be out long before 2 years.
[–] AssaultMonkey 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Well she is going to jail for 2 years. That's a start.
