That's why you either check the balance on your dice, or use translucent dice. An Opaque shell hides any flaws in the plastic, so lower quality plastic is used.

Easier way to do it with all plastic dice. Get a glass of water. Dissolve salt in it, lots of salt, until your die can float. Note which number faces up. Flick it a few times, if it refuses to float any side up but what you initially saw, its biased.
