condoms do not stop HIV either.
[citation needed]
Provide a reliable source of what the failure rate is of HIV transmission when condoms are used properly.
Conservative =/= libertarian
Agreed. But both believe in small government and limited regulations (except for the conservatives who want regulations where their ancient myth's ethics are concerned).
Food poisoning isn't an infectious disease. Again, your logic is beyond faulty. STDs are TRANSMITTED. You can't give food poisoning to other people- and food poisoning doesn't stick with you for the rest of your damn life.
Irrelevant, the practice of food handling is inherently unsafe and should be made illegal. (sarcasm if you didn't notice it)
On top of that your 1 in 6 stat is in spite of Americans visiting restaurants astronomically more often than brothels. You have equated a mountain to a molehill without even having an iota of a clue of how absurd that is.
Again, irrelevant. Unless you can show that the risk of getting sick from legal controlled prostitution such as in a Nevada brothel is substantially higher than the risk of eating at a restaurant on any given day.
Extramarital sexual contact isn't guaranteed to be with someone whose job it is to fuck virtually everyone else in town.
LOL, you must have had a shitty high school and college experience.
And then you say that we should make it legal because you want to do it. Contrary to what you may imagine, I for one do not make social policy based on the desires of irrational degenerates on the internet, least of all when they're so self obsessed that they think something should be illegal or legal based on whether they want to do it.
Pointless blabbering. You want to deny individuals to engage in an activity because you don't like it. Fuck off. How about this? How about you not telling me what I should be doing and I don't do the same for you?
Okay, you're comparing being addicted to alcohol to hiring hookers. If one were to compare sex to drinking and posit that addiction is an instance of drinking that should not occur and prostitution is an instance of sex that should not occur I would agree, and posit that we might pursue social policies that limit the amount of addiction and prostitution which occur in the country.
Irrelevant. You are still preventing >all< people from accessing an activity that they would like to engage in, safely, because (by your argument) some individuals are irresponsible. Your argument of "some men are married" is a big load of fucking crap right from the start, and you know it.
Cars and guns are ethical by most relevant standards
LOL Sure. "guns are ethical by most relevant standards". PIck up a fucking newspaper, and you'll find a lot of people will disagree with you.
Here is a simple rule to live by, don't tell me what to do and I won't tell you what to do? Naa, you assholes need to get all up in other people's shit and force your "morality" on the rest of us. Fuck off.

"Condom use cannot provide absolute protection against any STD."
I'm not a neocon. I don't believe in the same "government we claim is small but actually conducts massive surveillance ops on its own people and kill millions of sand niggers for Israel." I believe in a government large enough to protect its citizens while still allowing for freedom of speech, rule of law, a bill of rights, and other such Western essentials. I am not "small government" and, as usual, you are strawmanning hard.
That's entirely fucking relevant. Restaurants give you a bug that makes you sick for 24 hours or less. Brothels can give you fucking AIDS and run the risk of doing so even when it's done "responsibly". That stays with you for life, spreads to others, and can even be given by a mother to a baby during birth. No rational person would compare food poisoning to fucking AIDS.
Even if the risk were higher, the consequences are wildly different as I've pointed out multiple fucking times now.
And you still haven't refuted me: ordinary sexual contact =/= prostitution because a prostitute is under virtually all circumstances paid to fucking essentially anyone.
"How about you not telling me what I should be doing and I don't do the same for you?" Oh, so anarchy then? Locke would like a fucking word with you. Whoever writes a Bill of Rights tells people what they can do. And I don't consider your natural right to be a degenerate towards the top of my list.
No, I don't think it should be legal for married men to pay whores to suck them off because they're bored with their wife or just don't care enough about their family not to.
Really? No, really? We don't have a gun problem, we have a NIGGER problem. Don't tell me you consider armed, psychologically stable White men to be a threat to your safety.

Not one item in the document provided that information.
Since you like the CDC
"CDC estimates that each year roughly 1 in 6 Americans (or 48 million people) get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die of foodborne diseases"
Instead of spreading FUD without backing up your claims, maybe we can look at an actual sex work industry that exists in the U.S....
http://www.aidshealth.org/#/archives/20684
"Since 1988, when the State Health Department first mandated condom use for all prostitutes in all brothels, there have been no reported HIV infections tied to Nevada brothels. Nevada is the only jurisdiction in the United States where prostitution is legally allowed."
So in 20-24 legal brothels in the state of NV over the past 27 years, not one reported case of HIV transmission.
Got any more unsubstantiated FUD to spew out?
From what I have found, licensed prostitutes in Nevada get tested for Chlamydia and gonorrhea on a weekly basis, and HIV & syphilis monthly. If they are found to have Chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis – all of which are curable infections – then they have to stay out of work until they have been treated and tested again, and found to be negative for the infection on re-testing. If they are found to have HIV, my understanding is that they can no longer legally work as a prostitute in Nevada.
I got to be honest here dude, I'd feel safer fucking a prostitute in a licensed brothel that is tested regularly, than any random sorority slut who MAY get tested for STDs every few years when she gets a doctor's check-up, or weeks or months after she starts noticing symptoms.
Oh fuck off, you know what I meant.
So what you are saying here is that you want to make it a criminal act for a married man to use a prostitute. Is this what I am reading? And who would the state criminally prosecute, the prostitute or the man?
If you say the woman, than could you explain to me how it would be different for the woman to accept cash versus if she were to receive some other form of compensation such as gifts? Or even just affection from the man? If the woman were to freely avail herself sexually to the man, should she also be charged for some criminal act? Will this be a strict liability crime, or will there need to be specific intent to sexually engage with a married man? In other words, if the man takes off his wedding ring and bangs some slut he meets in a hotel bar, will she be criminally prosecuted in your world?
Or maybe you want to criminally charge the man with some kind of crime. Same questions apply. If the man has sex outside the bonds of marriage (or without the wife's approval), will he only be charged if money is exchanged? How about if he bangs his secretary, or some cute first-year associate, or some slut at a hotel bar when he's on the road? Explain to me the difference between giving her $200 vs buying her a nice dinner with a fancy bottle of wine and a nice bracelet.
And let's not forget that what he's really doing is breaking a marriage contract between him and his wife. You want to start criminally prosecuting people who break contracts? What sort of insanity is that? Let's start having the police enforce contract law. Wonderfully stupid idea there.
Fine, so your idea of "I don't think it should be legal for married men to pay whores" is silly to make criminally illegal. How about civilly?
Well, it already is dumb-ass and there's a remedy for it; it's called divorce.
Thank god you don't make the laws. But let's cut to the chase, you seem pretty bitter here. You've brought this "married man" scenario up a few times. Do you have any personal motivation for this? Mom & dad get divorced because your dad was caught schtooping a whore?
I got to be honest with you, but I'm okay with psychologically stable black men having guns also. It's the unstable ones like the planned parenthood shooter, or the church shooter, or the school shooters, or the movie theater shooters that kinda concern me more.
