BMI 22... Below average? I know what they mean by this, but I would not characterize it quite that way. I'd say I'm above average, because I'm in better shape than most, but oh well :)

Because I'm sitting down for the first time today since putting my shoes on this morning, I feel like doing some simple math to put my results into perspective...

According to that site, if everyone in the world had the same BMI as me, it would remove 15,144,647 tons from humanity..... that's 30,289,294,000lbs..... according to the internet:

The Empire State Building weighs 365,000 tons. So that's 41.49 Empire State Buildings.

The Titanic weighed 52,310 tons. So that's 289.51 Titanics.

A blue whale weighs about 210 tons. So that's 72,117 blue whales. The ever so reliable wikipedia claims there are roughly 5,000-12,000 blue whales left in Earth's oceans.

A male African elephant weighs about 4 tons. So that's 3,786,161.75 elephants. That's a lot of elephants. Worldelephantday.org says there are about 400,000 African elephants alive right now, which is way more than I was expecting.

The average doughnut weighs about 1.34oz, So that's 361,663,211,940.3 doughnuts. According this site Dunkin Donuts charges $0.95 per doughnut (when purchased singularly). So we're talking about $343,580,051,343.28 in potential doughnut sales. I know there's a quality joke here somewhere, but I need to pee.

Your numbers

22bmi
Below average
You have a lower BMI than 63% of males aged 30-44 in your country

Global
Below average
You have a lower BMI than 64% of males aged 30-44 in the world

You're most like someone from India

The country I am in is Japan. This shows that even Japan is getting fatter faster. Very worrying.

I feel good today. (17, 5'3, 120 lbs, female, United States) 21 BMI which means my BMI is a lower BMI than 86% of females aged 15-29 in your country* and have a lower BMI than 56% of females aged 15-29 in the world* I am also most like someone from indonesia. But if this was updated to 2015 I wonder what the numbers would truly be

Here's my shitlord level. :) If everyone weighed the same as me, then the earth would weigh 56,077,819,386.6 pounds less - or about 28 billion tons. I can only imagine what a paradise a world without hams would be like.

I am the same size as many people that suffer from chronic food shortages. Damn the world is a scary, fat place.
