Kettlebell swings are one of my favourite exercises. They feel "fun" and I can get my ass so sore I struggle to walk, which I've never felt any other exercise do. (Squats get my knees way before me ass)

I find people stare though, whether it's because my ass is out or they're nervous I'll lose the weight and it'll go flying across the room I'm not sure.

I don't even understand what compels someone to talk shit out loud about a person that is quite literally in front of them. Then again, butterhuffers aren't even people...

[I look like this. WTF, I'm not even that muscley right now.]

Not bad. I can see some squishy stuff, but you did say you were on a cut. No disrespect or shame intended.

I have mad respect for women who can build decent muscles without PEDs, because I know that shit is harder for women. I am pretty sure your arms are bigger than mine. Well done. While I'm not a bodybuilder and never really have been, I've been building my arms up over the last few months, but I don't lift weights. I only do 4 basic exercises: pullups, chinups, pushups, and dips. What sorts of arm focused exercises do you do for your arms? Anything you think I can add without resorting to weights? I prefer to use little to no equipment so that I can do my routine anywhere, any time.

So full disclosure--I have PCOS. I have always attributed my ability to build muscle quickly to that, because I have more testosterone than your typical shitlady. Hams use PCOS as an excuse to get fat... I do find that cutting always takes more time than I expect, but I call BS on PCOS=gaining tons of weight. The four exercises you have sound awesome. I'm also a big fan of planks as well; they're awesome for upper body and for abs.

Muh cundishuns!

Pound for pound, muscles require more energy to maintain than fat does. You just made my day. I wish I could upvoat this post more than once.

Ah, yes. Planks. I think I would need a mat of some kind before I could really do those regularly. I do have a light weight roll-up sleeping mat that's supposed to be for camping. I guess I could try using that, and if it works out, then I could just start taking it with me.

Thanks!

I was reading this story on the bus a la Thriller

On a more serious note, this just motivates me to get my ass to the gym. Spent Spring and Summer running, but I look forward to some low-impact cardio (plus strength training) for my knee's sake.
